Name: Linda Lenassi Tomlin
Born: 10 April 1949 East Cleveland, Ohio. Lived in Canada since 1963.
Mother was French-Canadien, Father was Slovenian.
Been 'doing' genealogy since 1972.
Started university at age 40 and received degree with extended minors.
(Honors) in Sociology, History and Humanities in 1993.
Completed Part One of Graduate course in Heritage Conservation in 1997.
Have 3 children and 3 grandchildren; single since 1987.
Presently an Associate Researcher with Snoop Sisters Family History Researchers, Nanaimo, B.C.

Canadian naturalization records after 1918 are available to the researcher. Write to Director, Information Management, Public Rights Administration, Citizenship and Immigration, 140 Promenade du Portage, Phase IV, 4th Floor, Hull, Quebec KIA 1L1, Canada. This is a Freedom of Information request and there will be a fee. Prior to 1918, naturalization occurred in the provinces, but the vast majority of Slovenians arrived in Canada after 1918.
